We are now looking for an (Assistant) Service Operations Officer to join our team Wrapper Services within Investment Product Services and take on the challenge of serving the Nordic customers by enhancing our product offerings on the investment side.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Wrapper Services team. We add value by executing and improving operational processes connected with the wrapper investment products and services with the ambition to continuously deliver even better service to our customers. As an (Assistant) Service Operations Officer you’ll play a valuable role in supporting both our customers but also internal stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring that routine processes in scope related to wrapper investment products are executed in a timely manner with high quality;
- Supporting the ongoing projects within our teams' and units' scope including relevant stakeholders;
- Detecting errors and identifying discrepancies to timely take the expected actions and to minimize operational risk for the benefit of customers and partners;
- Ensuring the process documentation is up to dated including relevant risk assessments;
- Collaborating with stakeholders in the various business areas in the organization.
You’ll join an international cross-border team where an analytical and risk aware mindset is key and where new problems pop up and are being solved on daily basis. The role is placed in Łódź, Poland.

Your experience and background:
- An interest in investment products;
- Excel knowledge;
- Finance-related university degree or equivalent professional experience will be an asset.
