We are now looking for a (Junior) Business Analyst to join the team and support us in providing insightful data analysis which would drive our efficiency, optimize work allocation and enhance decision-making process.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the KYC Services PeB Norway team. We add value by fighting financial crime and ensuring that Nordea meets all the legal AML requirements, providing best customer experience at the same time. As a Business Analyst you will play a valuable role in ensuring we are able to meet our KPIs and desired quality and timeliness targets. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting stakeholders by providing ad hoc data analysis in regard to different areas of Financial Crime
  • Providing data-driven recommendations for workflow management
  • Analysing data and processes to find improvement opportunities
  • Case distribution based on analysis of scope, priority
  • Supporting TLs and Head by providing analysis of productivity and quality
  • Analysis of scope inflow and outflow – volumes, trends, impact

Your experience and background: 

  • Solid experience in handling large data
  • You must be able to identify data patterns, generate hypotheses and test those analytically
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of VBA and Power BI would be a strong asset
  • Experience in KYC area would be an advantage (optional)
