About this opportunity

Welcome to the Disputes - Cards Team 3 team. We add value by handling disputes and reclamations for Finnish consumer customers. As the (Junior) Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in Finnish processes, our team cooperation and stakeholder dialog.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with disputes processes for Finnish consumer customers
  • Getting experience on Finnish, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish back up structure
  • Creating and updating documentation and procedures regarding assigned tasks
  • Contributing to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes

 

Your experience and background: 

  • Communicative English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Analytical skills

 

You’ll join a group of enthusiastic, dedicated people, creating fantastic atmosphere in whole Cards Department. The role is based in Łódź.
