About this opportunity

Welcome to the Daily Banking Processing NO 1 team. We add value by delivering multiply first-class services connected with customer private products in Nordea. As a new member of our team, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering banking services, decide on the development of processes and also you will have the opportunity to make graeat  improvements to improve joint work. Everything according to standards and in being courageously innovative to exceed customers expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing yourself by learning different tasks connected with the private sector of customer products and other daily banking services
  • Handling routine tasks at the required level of quality and within time frame following guidelines/working instructions
  • Collaborating across borders with colleagues in Scandinavian countries
  • Identifying and proposing improvements within own area of responsibility to improve process efficiency and reduce risk and cost
  • Build a positive atmosphere and get involved in the daily life of the team

You’ll join a full of skilled people working towards common goals. The role is based in Łódź; Gdańsk; Warszawa.

Your experience and background: 

  • English on good communicative level (at least B1/B2)
  • Good command on MS Office Tools 
  • Have the ability to work as a team player  
  • AHK or IT experience/skills will be on plus
