About this opportunity
We are now looking for a (Senior) IT/Business Expert to join Group Compliance Office. The main focus will be to set and drive varying improvement projects and to co-create on strategy in the intersection of process, data and technology to enable compliance to work in efficient and automated way. You will report to the Head of Data & Technology, and be supported by highly skilled professionals in the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify the potential of automation and transformation in Group Compliance processes.
- Drive and implement process improvement projects end to end; concept, design, build, test and release.
- Maintain existing solutions on Power Platform and continually improve their functionalities.
- Drive projects and groups towards common target being on top of status, risks and dependencies.
- Work closely with stakeholders on data delivery and analytics in response to various complex ad-hoc requests, creating value-bringing tools and data insights.
- Prepare and present status and decision material.
The role is based in Helsinki; Tallinn; Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Experience in project management and agile methodology.
- Experience in IT/Business analysis.
- Experience in Power platform (powerapps, powerBI, power automate).
- Expertise in VBA, DAX, MS SQL and Hadoop SQL to extract, transform and analyze data is a plus.
- Experience in risk, compliance and audit areas is preferred.
- Python and Snowflake expertise is a plus.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated abilities in data handling and data visualization.
