About this opportunity
Welcome to the OTC Derivatives team. We add value by providing service of trade booking & settlement for derivatives products, together with our colleagues from front office. As the (Senior) Service Operations Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in trade validation, and booking process which is vital for Nordea as a market participant.
What you’ll be doing:
- Trade reports monitoring
- Trade details validation
- Booking of trades reqested by Front Office
- Cooperation with trading desks representatives
- Validation of data which are being transfered between systems
- Internal investigation of dependencies on trade details
You’ll join a committed & skilled team which is providing best in class service for our stakeholders from Markets. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Finance/maths/statistics/economics/data base related university degree
- 1-up years professional experience in financial institutions – experience in a bank back office will be an asset but not essential
- English language on professional level
- Knowledge & understanding of capital markets structure, stakeholders, dependencies & product
