About this opportunity
Welcome to the CLS Control Branch team. We add value by handling international payment system, designed for the settlement of foreign exchange. As Assistant Service Operations Officer you’ll play a valuable role in serving the customers’ needs in a specialized financial market infrastructure group whose main entity is the New York based CLS Bank.
What you’ll be doing:
- Controlling the payment flow between Nordea and other financial institutions
- Cooperate with customer services, international stakeholders and sales managers
- Monitoring the system correctness and solving issues when required
You’ll join an experienced and flexible team cooperating within the CLS international infrastructure. The role is based in Łódź.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are:
- Eager to work in three shifts (10:00 p.m. – 06:00 a.m.), (6:30 a.m. – 2.30 p.m.), (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) CET
- Ready to work flexibly and effectively at the same time
- Easy to work with and communicative
- Team player caring for the good atmosphere among team members
Your experience and background:
- English language skills - at least B2 level
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Graduated from secondary school (students are welcome to apply)
