About this opportunity
Welcome to the KYC Services Unit. We add value by creating group-wide solutions to fight financial crime. As the Associate KYC Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our mission to make sure that as a Nordea we are delivering best quality of services towards our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collect, investigate and analyse customer activities, patterns and behaviour
- Create and update customer profiles in accordance with/to KYC requirements
- Risk factors analysis
- Analyse and document, according to guidelines, relevant KYC information for risk based decision making to meet requirements from regulatory demands
- Deliver high quality Enhanced Due Diligence reviews on High Risk customers
- Contribute to improve quality and efficiency of KYC process

Experience in Know Your Customer / Financial Crime / Anti Money Laundering (AML) area is an advantage.
