We are looking for an Associate Process Specialist to join our Payment FI team in Łódź on a full-time employment agreement. In this role, you'll handle payment processing, drive process improvements, and contribute to projects that directly impact customer experience in our dynamic, international environment.

What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Processing cross border transfers, handling payment queries and analyzing SWIFT messages
- Identifying and correcting errors in payments and payment orders
- Collaborating with various teams to solve complex cases
- Redesigning and enhancing existing processes to improve efficiency
- Working on operational excellence initiatives and automation opportunities
Who you are

Your background and skills include:
- 1+ years of banking experience or 2+ years in an international company
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Solid MS Office skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proven track record of proactively initiating and successfully implementing process improvements or project changes
It would be ideal if you also:
- Have knowledge of SWIFT standards and familiarity with ISO 15022/ISO 20022
- Demonstrate experience in payment processing or financial operations
- Show proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, regulated environments
