Associate Process Specialist / Process Specialist – ICB Support
We are currently looking for an Associate Process Specialist / Process Specialist to join our ICB Support team.

As the Associate Process Specialist / Process Specialist in the ICB Support Team, you will play a key role in delivering daily services to our customers, particularly supporting operations for the New York Branch. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining smooth and efficient payment processing and ensuring high-quality customer service

Main responsibilities in this role:
- Ensuring sustainability of the process and deliver in respect of agreed service level.
- Discovering your potential by handling variety of tasks at the required level of quality and within timeframe by following guidelines/work procedures.
- Support and independently drive various tasks which are in payments and sanction screening area.
- Creating, developing and updating documentation & procedures.
- Representing the unit professionally in order to create good reputation of Nordea Working within international environment.
The team have different backgrounds, areas of competence and experiences and will provide support and facilitating knowledge sharing and development in your daily work. The role is based in Łódź.
Who you are
Your background and skills include:
- Great communication skills in English (spoken and written on professional level).
- Skilled in managing various systems and good with Microsoft office tools.
- Experience working in an international team spread across multiple countries.
- Experience working with payments or previous relevant experience would be a nice to have asset.
It would be ideal if you also:
- You have an ability to work independently, achieve deadlines and communicate challenges.
- You are a quick learner, eager to gain new knowledge and prepare instruction if needed.
- You are focused on building good relation with stakeholders.
- You have flexible approach towards changes and experience in delivering improvements as a part of a team.
