We are looking for a permanent position as a Process Specialist in Daily Banking Processing FI 3 team to join us in Łódź to deliver and develop great quality service and products to Nordea's customers in Finland. We offer full-time employment.
About our team
Meet the Daily Banking Processing FI 3 team. Our role is to add value by delivering services and products with high quality and efficiency. As Process Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in keeping our delivery promises to our customers and stakeholders while working on constant improvements. Our team is located in Łódź, Cross Point A building, on the top floor. We are part of Daily Banking Services supporting customers in Finland. We are the team of 13 passionate people who focus on making daily transactions, paying estate bills and monitoring several other smaller processes.

Main responsibilities in this role:
- Proactively gaining process knowledge while maintaining focus on the customers’ needs
- Handling routine tasks at the required level of quality and within time frame following established procedures
- Building strong and trustworthy relations with the colleagues in the team and stakeholders across Nordea, especially with Finland
- Identifying and proposing improvements within own area of responsibility to increase process efficiency and reduce risk and cost

Who you are
This is the right role for you if you are fluent in Finnish (spoken and written), have a positive mindset and you are ready to take new challenges on daily bases, you take matters into your own hands and are improvement driven and understand the importance of team work and great collaboration.
Your background and skills include:
- Fluent/native Finnish (spoken & written)
- English (spoken & written) on good communicative level (at least B2) as we use it on daily basis
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Great eye for detail
- Computer literacy including MS Office Tools
It would be ideal if you also:
- Worked with some Finnish applications before
- Are AI solutions oriented
- Are good at excel
- Know Subject Matter Expert duties and have created process instructions before
