About this opportunity

Welcome to the Quality Controls team. We add value by working on quality reviews for all Business Areas. As Business Analyst you’ll play a valuable role in data management, especially sampling of cases for the teams as well as developing tools we use to conduct our work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being the owner of Excel based tools in area of highly sensitive bank information.
  • Driving implementation and improvement of quality controls.
  • Being self-going and develop good relationships and alignment with your team members and stakeholders.
  • Building up specific competence on processes and applications.
  • Identifying potential for changes and actively propose improvements to tools and sampling methodology. 
  • Enabling automation through data handling tools and improvements.
  • Participating in department wide projects to secure data handling.
  • Supporting Leadership Team in designing and performing control actions with regular follow-up on the progress and their effectiveness

You’ll join a international, highly focued team of experts. The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia; Tallinn; Warszawa; Łódź.

Your experience and background: 

  • Self-driven data analysis and proficient use of Excel and related tools like Power BI, macros.
  • Driver of business requirements and implementation of change
  • Knowledge and experience in the KYC area would be an advantage
  • Strong communication capacity: comfortable initiating and driving meetings with stakeholders
  • A natural “can do” attitude and a high level of curiosity to find solutions
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
