Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Structured Loan Services Unit, where we provide effective and efficient middle-and back office support to Large Corporates & Institutions and Business Banking. Working closely together with the Business Process Management Services team, you will bring your expertise and develop within the areas of loan administration and shipping.
What you’ll be doing:
- Business analysis - requirement gathering, write business requirement for enhancements in interfaces or improvements to processes
- Quality assurance - write test cases and execute testing
- Providing support to our colleagues in SLS
- Investigating more complex issues, proposing and driving improvements
- Creating reports
- Supporting implementation of new solutions

Your experience and background:
- Master’s in Finance, Banking, Mathematics, IT or experience in relevant area
- Experience in Business Analysis
- Fluency in English
- Experience in interacting with business partners in order to understand their needs
- Familiarity with loan process, excel skills or knowledge of SQL would be an advantage
