Change and Process Specialist in Source-to-Pay Systems 

 

We are looking for a system Change and Process Specialist, on a full-time employment agreement, who will ensure strong procurement systems performance, drive continuous improvements and automations, as well as lead system, data and process development.

About our team

 

Source-to-Pay Systems within Group Procurement is a cross-country team operating in a dynamic environment directly under Head of Group Procurement. We support our stakeholders throughout Nordea by ensuring satisfactory performance throughout procurement’s application landscape, optimizing the way the systems, data, processes operate as well as lead solutions related projects and changes.

 

Main responsibilities in this role: 

  • Work closely with stakeholders and system providers to secure satisfactory performance of our procurement systems
  • Optimize and lead the development of the way systems, data and processes work and operate
  • Increase automation as well as propose and implement improvements
  • Drive and participate in multiple application related projects

 

Who you are

 

This is the right role for you if you want to further develop your application skills and shape the future system landscape for Nordea’s procurement functions. We are looking for an experienced person that has previous knowledge of working with applications, development, automation and change management. 

 

Your background and skills include:

  • Background in systems administration, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst or IT Analyst within procurement
  • Experience in project management or similar driving roles
  • Ability to professionally communicate, in English, with stakeholders across different organisations and structure levels
  • Experiences within SAP Concur, Expense & Travel Management systems and/or AI solutions will be considered an advantage

 

It would be ideal if you also: 

  • Have an innovative mindset with the capability to challenge existing solutions and processes 
  • Are self-driven and proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks when needed
  • Easily adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
