Welcome to Group Data Management. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help leadership turn priorities into clear plans, structured follow-up and high-quality material for decision-making. In this role, you will work at the centre of key business activities, supporting coordination across teams and helping leaders stay aligned on what matters most.

 

As Business Development Manager, you will support leadership in planning, coordinating and following up on key activities and priorities. You will prepare presentations and decision material, coordinate input from different stakeholders, and help ensure that important deliverables move forward in a structured way.

 

You will also support leadership meetings and larger internal events such as Townhalls, maintain and develop internal collaboration and knowledge-sharing platforms, and track agreed actions to help teams deliver on priorities. This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure, creating clarity across stakeholders, and turning business needs into practical, well-organised outputs.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Support leadership in planning, coordinating and following up on key business activities and priorities.
  • Prepare high-quality decision material, presentations and structured management-ready content.
  • Coordinate input across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on key deliverables.
  • Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings and larger internal events, such as Townhalls.
  • Maintain and structure key internal platforms, including knowledge- and collaboration-sharing hubs such as Intra, SharePoint and Viva Engage.
  • Track actions, monitor progress and ensure timely follow-up on agreed activities.

 

The role will report to the Head of Data Governance Office, Gian Ghigliotto, and is based in Łódź (hybrid model of working).

 

Who you are

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 4-6 years of experience supporting business leaders, coordinating cross-functional work and driving structured follow-up on priorities and deliverables.
  • Has strong organisational and planning skills, and can manage several priorities at the same time while keeping a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Can structure information, analyse input and turn it into clear presentations, decision material and other management-ready outputs.
  • Is comfortable working with data and insights, and can translate business priorities into clear, practical materials that support decision-making.
  • Has strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and experience using collaboration and knowledge-sharing tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
  • Builds good relationships across functions and levels, creates clarity between stakeholders and works in a professional and service-oriented way with senior stakeholders.
  • Takes a structured approach to problem-solving and task execution, and enjoys helping others succeed by bringing order, clarity and momentum to shared work.
  • Past management consulting experience is an advantage
