About this opportunity

Welcome to the BPM & Agile Transformation team. We create value by developing the methods and tools for how to manage and continuously optimize Nordea's business processes. As the Data Steward, you will play a vital role in shaping the way BPM & Agile as a capabilities is further implemented in Operations/Nordea.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Data Asset Owner with data asset management and implementation of Nordea’s data standard
  • Monitor and report on data quality levels 
  • Create reports and Power BI dashboards according to the requirements and agreed standards
  • Support stakeholders in process mapping on ad hoc basis
  • Use facilitation techniques to secure requirements from a wide range of stakeholders in process mapping initiatives across Nordea
  • Agree and deliver on actions within the professional standards and common work 
  • Implement the foundation for a process and data driven organization 


You’ll join a small team of creative and skilled experts, passionate about creating a value driven Nordea BPM&AT framework. The role is based in Łódź; Gdynia.

Your experience and background: 

  • Experience in data asset management and ensuring implementation of Nordea’s data standards
  • Experience driving and documenting processes using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) 2.0 
  • Proven experience in using modelling tools e.g. Mega HOPEX or similar is an advantage
  • Experience within Nordea BPM framework is preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field a requirement
  • Professional level in written and spoken English is a requirement, whereas local language an advantage (when helping the business areas)
