About this opportunity

Welcome to the Service Excellence team. We add value by improving HR Services. As HR/IT Specialist (SuccessFactors Employee Central) you’ll play a valuable role in the process of digitalization our HR processes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • technical ownership of our HR Core solution (SAP SusccessFactors Employee Central)
  • gathering business requirements and advising HR leaders
  • building, testing, maintaining and supporting SF solutions
  • colaborating closely with an external implementation partner
  • making sure that technical documentation is always up to date

 

You’ll join a team of SAP specialists based in Gdańsk, Łódź and Warszawa.

  • are self-learner willing to become certified SAP SuccessFactors expert
  • are a good listener and that you can transform business requirements into digital solutions


Your experience and background: 

  • you have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central as an admin or consultant
  • you designed, built, tested and implemented solutions within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • if you have a consulting background and valid SAP SuccessFactors certificate, that is a big advantage
