We are looking for an IT Analyst who will perform the duties of a stock manager in On-Site Support Team 4 in Łódź, Poland. The person will be responsible for managing the stock of IT equipment in Polish Branch (Łódź, Warsaw, 3city).

About our team
On-Site Support team is located in Core Operations and Infrastructure unit within Technology department. We work with global processes that impact all end users in Nordea. On-Site Support is mainly responsible for managing IT equipment, executing hardware work orders and supporting end users in resolving issues related to hardware. While performing our everyday tasks we strive to provide the best class service and deliver top quality.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing stock of hardware in Polish Branch (Łódź, 3city and Warsaw) which involves: ordering/receiving hardware and preparing old hardware to be returned to vendor
- Maintaining control over our stock (laptops, PCs, monitors, printers)
- Handling orders
- Performing asset update
- Participating in projects
- Taking ownership for delivering services within the agreed service level and focusing on our end-users satisfaction
The position is based in Łodź.
5 days presence at the office during knowledge transfer period (approx.2 months) is expected, later on – hybrid model.

Your background and skills include:
- Professional level English (a must)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with databases
- BMC Remedy/Helix is an advanatge
- Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft products (Office 365)
- WIN10/11 experience
