Welcome to the Daily Banking Services Corporate! We add value by approaching each and every Corporate Customer with passion and empathy. As the Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering the service for our customers in Nordic countries.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling tasks connected with onboarding customers from business banking areas
  • Actively developing yourself
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements 
  • Cooperating with international stakeholders across Nordea

Your experience and background: 

  • English on communicative level (at least B1+)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Very good communication skills
