About this opportunity
Welcome to the International Payments SE team. We add value by ensuring that Nordea customers can pay how and when they prefer, and that our company has a relevant payment offer that makes customers choose it as their basis for paying. As the Junior Process Officer in International Payments Sweden Team, you’ll play a valuable role in providing the daily services to our customers in Sweden.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring sustainability of the process and deliver in respect of agreed service level
- Actively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level
- Handling routine tasks at the required level of quality and within timeframe by following guidelines/work procedures
- Identifying and proposing improvement areas within own area of responsibility to improve process efficiency, and to reduce operational risk and cost
- Creating, developing and updating documentation & procedures
- Representing the unit professionally in order to create good reputation of Nordea
- Working within Scandinavian environment
You’ll join a high skilled team, collaborate with our stakeholders in the international finance industry and increase your knowledge with the Banking sector. You will be involved in variety of tasks and projects providing high performance for various business areas which create Nordea Future Banking industry.
The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- English on communicative level (at least B2)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Very good communication skills and willingness to learn new tasks in a changing international environment
- Analytical mind
- Administrative background
- All financial background will be a welcome plus
