Would you like to join us starting up a brand new team within Credit Services area with high ambitions for successful deliveries? We are now looking for a Junior/Process Officer who will work in Forbearance Service Unit servicing both Personal Banking and Business Banking with forbearance calculation, registration, control and monitoring.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Forbearance Services - Forbearance Service team. We add value by supporting our customer facing advisors with the forbearance process to help them make the right decisions at times, when our customers may face financial difficulties, and capture the related data. As the Junior/Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in centralising calculation and registration of forbearance measures and completeness controls.
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Net Present Value calculation upon request from Customer Relationship Unit i.e. relationship managers.
  • Completeness controls.
  • Make sure that Forbearance Measure registration has not been missed.
  • Registration in the Forbearance Documentation Tool.

Your experience and background: 

  • Graduate of a secondary school or university.
  • English on advanced level (both written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Interest in working within financial industry.
