The offer

 

We are looking for a Management Support Officer who have a structured, analytical and collaborative persona and are passionate about making a difference by creating value and delivering high quality.


We need a Management Support Officer to assist and provide timely support to Head of Sanctions and Head of Sanction Management office. Further you are expected to provide timely support to the different initiatives across the Sanction Unit. The Sanction Unit consist of multiple teams and is approximate 140 people today. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Facilitate and support leadership meeting structure by preparing the agendas and materials needed to execute efficient meetings
  • Follow-up on leadership meetings and handle items dealt with in accordance with agreement from the leaders to ensure action/implementation
  • Run co-ordination and implementation of various initiatives
  • Deliver communication material of good quality
  • Prepare high quality analyses and decision making proposal on which leadership can make sound decisions
  • Control GFCP Sanctions RFF, DPP and APP

You are located in the Nordics, Poland or Estonia.   

 

Your experience and background: 

  • Experience from earlier management support positions is a benefit
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Have more than excellent skills in Excel
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook etc.)
