About our team
Meet the SE Payments team. We are responsible for the end-to-end processing of various payments, ensuring transactions are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. In addition to our daily operations, we continuously work on improving our processes, increasing automation and developing the way we support our customers and stakeholders. We collaborate closely with colleagues across Business Areas, Operations and Technology, contributing to initiatives that strengthen our payment services.
The Payments area is evolving, and this role provides an opportunity to be involved in projects and change initiatives, including preparations for the rollout of the PEGA platform in 2027. You will have the opportunity to contribute with your operational knowledge, help improve existing processes and support the development of future ways of working. As the Payment Specialist, you will:
- Process and monitor payments, ensuring accurate and timely execution in line with regulations and agreed service levels.
- Investigate and repair stopped payments and register manual payments when required.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues and ensure smooth processing.
- Identify recurring issues, analyse root causes and contribute to sustainable improvements.
- Support process optimisation and automation initiatives that improve efficiency, quality and ways of working.
- Participate in projects and change initiatives within SE Payments, bringing operational expertise and practical solutions.
- Contribute to preparations for the rollout of the PEGA platform in 2027 and support the implementation of new processes and solutions.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
