To fill the open position as Lead Methods Expert we are now looking for a Process Centric Business Architect to continue the journey of developing Nordea's group wide Business Process Management (BPM) Framework and Technology.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the BPM & Agile Transformation team. We create value by developing the methods and tools for how to manage and continuously optimize Nordea's business processes. As Lead Methods Expert you will play a vital role in shaping the way BPM as a capability is further implemented in Nordea.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure the consistency and integrity of the Nordea Business Process Management Framework and alignment of process deliverables to this framework
  • Responsible for the alignment of the Nordea process architecture to the other layers of the Enterprise Architecture
  • Lead the change impact assessment on the BPM Framework from e.g. regulatory changes or transformation projects
  • Provide knowledge on BPM means and methods as well as to ensure the architectural integrity of processes in the common Process Repository Mega HOPEX
  • Participate and support in preparing the BPM capability roadmap
  • Perform quality assurance on process related deliverables as required

Your experience and background: 

  • 5+ years’ of business architecture experience with focus on processes, ideally from financial services
  • Experience with Mega HOPEX business process analysis & management software or similar
  • Thorough understanding of BPM methodology and BPMN modelling notation
  • Experience from business architecture value stream and capability discovery and mapping
  • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and industry known Process Classification Standards such as APQC
  • Broad understanding of strategy and architecture modelling standards e.g. BIZBOK, Archimate & TOGAF
  • Business Architecture and SAFe certifications are a merit
