About this opportunity
Welcome to the Payments Norway team. We add value by ensuring that Nordea customers can pay how and when they prefer, and that our company has a relevant payment offer that makes customers choose it as their basis for paying. As the Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in providing the daily services to our customers in Norway.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handle manual tasks that are related to domestic and international transactions processing in local applications
- Secure payments flow for Nordea Norway customer
- Work with multiple stakeholders in Payment Services and Customer Service located in Nordic countries
- Contribute to improvement of quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes
- Recognize and escalate problems according to the procedures in order to avoid recurrences in the future

Your experience and background:
- Great communication skills in English (at least B2)
- Skilled in managing various systems and good with Microsoft office tools
- Experience working in an international team spread across multiple countries
- Experience working in banks or financial institutions would be an advantage
- University degree and previous relevant experience would be an advantage
