About this opportunity
Welcome to the Payments Finland. We add value by operating and supporting international payments for Nordic customers within Finnish Value Chain. As Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in analyzing and repairing all payments that our systems haven’t been able to process automatically, due to insufficient or incorrect information.
What you’ll be doing:
- Executing outgoing and transit transfers,
- Processing queries for other units regarding transfers,
- Analyzing SWIFT messages and setting up routings,
- Looking for incorrections and exceptions in the process.
You’ll join an open and friendly team that is very proactive and engaged in daily work, strongly focused on a client, high quality and constant development. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Experience in banking area (at least 1 year) or experience in work for an international company (at least 2 years)
- English language skills on communicative level (at least B1),
- MS Office tools on at least basic level
