Welcome to a temporary established Connected Clients Data Maintenance team where an interesting job meets with great atmosphere!
Would you like to deliver an outstanding service for customers, have full ownership for your development and act proactively to understand your part of the value chain? We are now looking for temporary positions of Process Specialist to perform compliance tasks, in cooperation with Large Corporates & Institutions and Business Banking in order to keep high quality standard to ensure that Nordea is compliant with internal guidelines.
About this opportunity
Welcome to the new, temporary Connected Clients Data Maintenance team. We add value by providing effective and efficient middle and back office support to Large Corporates & Institutions and Business Banking. Working closely together with the product units, we bring our expertise within the area of customer data administration. In this temporary position as the Process Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in the newly established project related to migration of customers data to enable daily business with the customers.
Cooperating with Connected Clients project team, Client Credit Management department and relevant stakeholders as well as contributing to customer group structures and customer data.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be responsible for migrating information about customers from new Connected Clients tool to multiple legacy systems
- Connection of customer groups based on ECB requirements
- Collaboration with project team by taking part in meetings
- Keep complex customer information intact for our stakeholders in Large Corporates & Institutions and Business Banking units
The role will be based in Łódź. Temporary contract until 30.06.2026.

Your experience and background:
- Finance related university degree or equivalent professional experience will be an asset
- Written and spoken good knowledge of English
- Experience from the financial sector with overall process and data migration experience will be an asset
