We are now looking for a Process Specialist to the Corporate Actions DK team in Lodz, Poland, to deliver services to Nordea’s customers in Denmark. This is a permanent full time position and a great opportunity to learn about Danish securities market from an Issuing company’s perspective as well as the great services our team provides to our customers.
About our team
Welcome to Corporate Actions DK, a team who is part of the Asset Services unit in Trading & Custody Services. We add value by improving operational processes related to issuance and repayment of inter alia shares, bonds and investment certificates in the Danish securities market.
Furthermore we are handling related tasks, such as dividends, interest payments, redemptions and reinvestments. Our team also provide global corporate actions services such as executing and improving operational processes on the equities and bond markets with the ambition to continuously deliver best experiences to our customers.
We serve corporate customers who use our services as an Issuing and Paying agent in Denmark as well as non-professional and professional customers who hold their global securities positions at Nordea Denmark.
Our team serves Nordea customers in Denmark. We are working as a cross-border international team. Our job is to make sure that both the issuer services processes and the global corporate actions process goes smoothly and that Nordea’s issuing company customers and global custody customers get the services in accordance with their expectations and in accordance with the agreements they have signed with Nordea.

Main responsibilities in this role:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the value chain
- Contribute to the team’s agenda to make the operating model more efficient, more scalable and less prone to risk over time
- Drive or participate in projects related to team´s capabilities
- Keeping up and using your industry knowledge to build an understanding of the customers business and how we can continuously improve our processes to meet their future needs
The role is based in Lodz or Tallin.

Your background and skills include:
- The ability to learn and master several different IT systems
- Professional communication skills - spoken and written in English
