Process Specialist under education
We are looking for a Process Specialist under Education to join our Lifecycle Processing Team on a full-time employment agreement and support daily operational processes within Nordea Finance.
About our team
Meet the Lifecycle Processing Team. Our role is to support customers and business operations by delivering high-quality financial and operational services that help customers finance their investments. Our team is part of Nordea Finance, the largest finance company in the Nordics with approximately 1,500 employees across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland and Estonia. We work in an international environment and collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordic countries. The role is based in Łódź.

Main responsibilities in this role:
- Handling operational process tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Supporting domestic and international payment-related processes and services.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Nordic countries to deliver excellent customer and operational support.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Creating, maintaining and updating process documentation while continuously building process knowledge.
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, take ownership of your responsibilities, have a proactive approach to learning, and are motivated by solving problems and continuously improving the way things are done. You are detail-oriented, analytical and enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Your background and skills include:
- Communicative English skills (minimum B2 level).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
It would be ideal if you also:
- Have previous experience in banking, finance or another financial institution.
- Have experience working in an international environment.
- Are interested in financial products and banking operations.
