About this opportunity

Welcome to the AP Payments and Reconciliation team team. We add value by constantly working on increasing automation ratio in invoice handling process and looking for potentials for robots/AI in our daily work. As Procurement Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in being responsible for Third Party Payments for whole Nordea Group, Accounts Payable accounts reconciliation, Supplier Master Data creation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Accounts Payable accounts reconciliation
  • AP payments currency difference process management for Nordea Polish Branch
  • Maintenance of automation ratio and responding to it needs
  • Driving continuous improvements in your processes and in the unit by active participation in the projects
  • Supplier Masterdata creation and maintenance
  • Collaborating within other teams across Nordea to deliver the best quality of data and service to our Customers

Your experience and background: 

  • Knowledge of accounting principles in Accounts Payable is required (Polish area)
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
  • Good command of English - both written and spoken
  • Project Management experience and good command in Excel would be an asset
