Would you like to join a team of ambitious RPA professionals working in a fast-paced banking environment to deliver the best automation solutions possible? We are now looking for a RPA Developer to enhance great customer experience and simplify our daily work by configuring robotics solutions in Blue Prism.

About this opportunity

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating closely with a dedicated Scrum Master, Robotics Product Owner (RPO) and business stakeholders to understand requirements, plan and execute development work.
  • Designing processes and configuring objects within Blue Prism.
  • Testing solutions in cooperation with process experts and RPA controllers to secure a stable launch to production.
  • Creating documentation for automated processes.
  • Maintaining existing robots and implementing changes to them if required.


The role is based in Łódź or Tricity.

Your experience and background:

  • Proven experience in process automation area (knowledge of Blue Prism is an advantage, but not a must).
  • English on professional level with highly developed communication and presentation skills.
  • Translating business requirements into robotics solutions.
  • Process analysis skills and ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations.
  • Good eye for details, along with ability to see the big picture.
  • Experience in facilitating online meetings to present development results (advantage).
  • Experience in working according to Agile methodology (advantage).
