About this opportunity

Welcome to the newly established ICB Support Team team. We add value by providing great workplace experiences to our colleagues and customers while keeping a cost-conscious mindset and deliver high quality reporting to management. As the Senior Process Specialist / Expert in Financial Control, you will be responsible for collection and monitoring of proofs, nostro reconciliations, accounts payable, fixed assets, expense analysis, accruals, and maintenance of General Ledger. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Organization, preparation and delivery of legal reporting to the local authorities according to the legislation
  • Review and understand the content of the regulatory reporting policies and procedures
  • Provide cost and productivity analyses to support management


The team have different backgrounds, areas of competence and experiences and will provide support and facilitating knowledge sharing and development in your daily work. The role is based in Łódź.

  • Good understanding of current accounting and legal reporting, processes and controls
  • Effective communication skills and ability to clearly summarize and present also complex topics to provide cost transparency


Your experience and background: 

  • A relevant degree in accounting, finance, business administration or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to express risk concepts effectively
  • Experience in business and financial analysis 
  • Knowledge of SQL programming/Visual Basics
  • Advanced in Excel skills
