About this opportunity

We’re more than just a Nordic bank, we’re a large employer in Poland skilled in automation - one of the biggest Robotics hub in Europe - already team of around 40 developers. With us, you’ll work with international teams sustaining 400 live operating robots and designing new ones.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating closely with a dedicated Robotics Product Owner (RPO) and business stakeholders to understand requirements, plan and execute development work  
  • Designing processes and configuring objects within Blue Prism  
  • Testing solutions in cooperation with process experts and RPA controllers to secure a stable launch to production
  • Creating documentation for automated processes  
  • Maintaining existing robots and implementing changes to them if required 
  • Supporting less experienced colleagues in creating robots accordingly to existing standards mentor role
  • Setting, improving and promoting RPA development standards
  • Proposing and implementing new solutions (e.g. objects)
  • Driving and promoting effective knowledge sharing
  • Representing Nordea Robotics in internal and external events
  • Co-creating Robotics Department strategy

Your experience and background: 

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in process automation area and hands on Blue Prism experience or /IT development hands on experience is a must
  • English on professional level with highly developed communication and presentation skills
  • Process analysis or mapping skills, ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations  
  • Ability to identify and solve problems quickly
  • Good eye for details, along with ability to see the big picture
  • A keen interest in new technologies 
  • Experience in working with API/Integrations (Rest/SOAP etc)
  • Experience working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, SQL, XML, VBA 
  • Experience in working according to Agile methodology is an advantage
  • Experience in facilitating online meetings to present development results (advantage)
  • Experience working with ML and Pega is considered an advantage
