We are now looking for a Senior Service Operations Officer to join our team within Investment Product Services and take on the challenge of serving the Nordic customers by enhancing our product offerings on the Investment side.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Fund Set up and Corporate Actions team. We add value by executing and improving operational processes within selected investment products, with the ambition to continuously deliver ever better experiences for our customers. As Senior Service Operations Officer in Investment Product Services you’ll play a valuable role in supporting both our customers but also internal stakeholders within IT, Investment Center, and Nordea Funds, to name a few.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the team in how to ensure that the processes in scope are executed in a timely manner with high quality.
  • Taking ownership of stakeholder collaboration in the various business areas in the organization with focus on investment products.
  • Driving how to best support the team with how to work with improvements and documentation of our processes including relevant risk assessments.
  • Taking lead on the overall collaboration structure towards colleagues within Investment Product Services and in other parts of Nordea to solve issues.
  • Instructing how to drive projects within our teams' and units' scope including relevant stakeholders.


You’ll join a team where an analytical and risk aware mindset is key and where new problems pop up and are being solved on daily basis. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background: 

  • Finance-related university degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • An interest in investment products.
  • Excel and macro knowledge is a must.
