We are looking for an ETF Content and Marketing Specialist to help shape and support the next stage of NAM’s growth journey as we start building our active ETF presence and brand in Europe. This is an opportunity for you to join an ambitious initiative from an early stage, combining strong marketing expertise, good ETF  knowledge and a hands-on approach to developing clear, engaging and commercially relevant communication for different audiences with a tilt for non specialist (retail) audiences.

About this opportunity

 

You will join the IWD Investment Products – Strategic Product & Solutions Marketing team, where we support the commercial development, positioning and promotion of NAM’s investment solutions across Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD). In this role, you will focus on active ETF marketing in Europe, with a particular emphasis on retail-oriented communication, advisory channels, partner content and digital platform visibility. As such, we anticipate the work to have a strong multimedia and social media content tilt.

 

The role is well suited to a marketing professional, content creator or financial writer who enjoys making financial topics accessible and engaging. You may come from asset management, journalism, financial media, retail banking, insurance, retail marketing or another environment where you have created content for retail investors, advisory channels or digital platforms.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support growth of NAM’s ETF brand with a focus on the development and delivery of marketing initiatives for NAM’s ETF offering across European markets, with a retail and advisory focus
  • Help build clear and compelling ETF messaging, with a focus on active ETFs, retail investor needs, advisory channels, digital platform communication and NAM’s broader investment capabilities
  • Create and maintain high-quality ETF marketing content, including campaign material, web content, social media input, press-related content, articles, newsletters, flyers, market insights and sales support material
  • Translate product and financial information into accessible and engaging content for retail audiences, advisory channels and distribution partners
  • Contribute to ETF go-to-market activities from a content and messaging perspective, including product launch material, campaign input and retail-focused communication
  • Support broader IWD marketing projects beyond ETFs, with a focus on digital content, including social media input and press-related content

Your experience and background:

  • Around 5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, content marketing, financial writing, journalism, retail marketing or a similar role, preferably within asset management, ETFs, insurance, financial services, financial media, a digital financial platform or another regulated environment
  • Impeccable written and spoken English, with the ability to turn complex investment, product and market information into clear and engaging and accessible communication
  • Experience creating content for various formats and execute marketing strategies for retail audiences, advisory channels, digital platforms, social media, partner communication, newsletters, articles, web pages, campaign material or similar formats
  • Interest in ETFs, investment products, financial markets or asset management, with a willingness to further develop ETF-specific knowledge
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality output within agreed deadlines
  • Experience using AI-supported writing tools or digital content tools would be considered an additional asset
  • A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, finance, economics or a related field would be considered relevant
