We are looking for a skilled Senior Investment Specialist to support the sales activities of the Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (I&WD) unit by acting as the knowledge hub for all investment-related matters (markets, products, landscape ), covering our range of multi-asset solutions. About this opportunity

You will join the I&WD Product Management – Multi Asset team. We add value by being the knowledge centre for all investment-related matters (markets, products, competitive landscape). The Team is the main contact for our largest internal investment boutique, Nordea’s Multi Assets Team. We are in charge of promoting our multi asset/risk premia/systematic investment solutions by conception of suitable marketing documents, product promotion and support to the dedicated I&WD clients’ sales team, also supporting them as an investment expert in client meetings, conferences, roadshows, conferences, etc.

What you’ll be doing:

• Act as a subject-matter expert to promote our multi-asset, risk premia, and systematic strategies, leveraging your investment expertise and strong commercial acumen
• Develop and maintain high-quality marketing materials (e.g. pitchbooks, market updates, product presentations), clearly articulating key differentiators and tailored messaging for institutional, wholesale, and advisory client segments
• Partner closely with Sales by supporting client meetings, roadshows, and conferences as an investment specialist
• Respond to client and Sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and detail-oriented manner
• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment strategies and asset classes, including benchmarking against competitors
• Contribute to and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for institutional and wholesale clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Product Management, and key internal stakeholders across the organisation

Your experience and background:

• A degree in finance, economics or related studies.5+ years Experience in an investment specialist, investment analyst or similar role
• Great skills in written and spoken English. German language will be considered an additional asset
• Genuine interest for investment with a good level of analytical skills
• Team-oriented person with experience in priority setting, ensuring timely delivery and acting within a multi-cultural environment
• Understanding of the needs of clients and sales within an Institutional and Wholesale distribution context of an Asset Manager would be desirable
• Studying for or being a CFA Charterholder or a similar qualification would be considered as an additional asset
