About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Client Relationship Services Department in Luxembourg. We strive to deliver high-quality client service to our prospects and existing customers. As a Client Servicing/Sales Support Trainee, you'll gain valuable exposure to client servicing operations while supporting our French Sales Team who is located in Paris.

 

The internship we offer is for a period of 6 months and is based in Luxembourg, with the opportunity for the right candidate, to convert to a permanent contract.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with our sales colleagues located in France;
  • Support with handling requests and queries coming from institutional clients (e.g. international wealth management professionals, private banks, global custodians and execution platforms, retail banking organisations, external asset managers, etc.) in close co-operation with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Management, Legal department, Fund Data department, Marketing etc.);
  • Assist with sales support tasks e.g. the planning, organisation and execution of road shows, client events, fairs and mailing campaigns;
  • Support the coordination of client distribution contracts, Operation memorandums and account set ups with the Transfer Agency & Compliance Department;
  • Help maintain client information in the CRM system, ensuring completeness and accuracy;
  • Opportunity to occasionally participate to client events in Paris.

 

 

To do well in this role, we believe that you:

  • Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field;
  • Are fluent in French and English;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Have an interest in Investment Funds and are eager to learn about the Fund Industry;
  • Are well organised, service-minded with good communication skills;
