We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our FX Sales team at Nordea Markets. As a team, we are a mix of brilliant minds that hope to find an additional colleague whom can complement our current team members’ different personalities, background and experiences.


About this opportunity


Welcome to the FX Sales team! We are part of the FX/Derivatives Sales and Research organisation within Nordea Markets.


Often times our clients asks themselves “how can we stay competitive if our USD-related costs continue to rise due to a weakening Swedish Krona? Or how can optimize and automate the whole process around our foreign exchange and liquidity activities?”


This is the part where you will step in where our business aims to help our customers grow by addressing these risks and provide them with both simplified solutions of their everyday FX banking services, as well as giving advice on more complex hedging related strategies. Effectively enabling our clients more time to focus on their core business.


In this role, you will therefore quickly be given the responsibility to work with clients and across the full spectrum of our FX solutions. Eventually you will grow into your role as the “FX know how person” clients and other colleagues in the bank go to for advice.

Your future responsibilities


 What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily Contact with Corporate Clients and serving of their daily Foreign Exchange needs
  • Generate ideas, Conduct FX risk analysis, assisting in the development of new products and solutions
  • Assisting in the acquisition of new Nordea and FX clients
  • Provide clients with advice on FX hedging solutions as well as automating the processes around it
  • Collaboration with other Internal Units and stake holders within the customer team

We welcome all applicants who has a great interest in the financial markets and holds at least a University degree. No prior experience within the FX field is required but earlier experiencing from Sales and Banking or similar is a plus.
