Would you like to be part of a Nordic team, developing the future credit processes for our customers? We are now looking for a Senior Change Driver to join the Credit Assessment & Decision team playing a key end-to-end role driving several key corporate credit initiatives at the heart of delivering our 2030 strategic goals within Credit Change & Development.

 

We are offering you an exciting opportunity to develop key capabilities at the heart of credit processes at Nordea. Your work will require you to understand the connection between regulatory requirements, business processes and data to pro-actively drive pre-studies and projects, solving complex problems connected to Nordea’s corporate credit risk processes and the broader corporate lending process.

 

About our team

 

Welcome to the Credit Assessment & Decision team, part of Corporate Credit Change & Development. We are a growing team, driving the development of Nordea’s corporate credit processes. Our aim is to build harmonized, digital and sustainable processes / supporting tools focused on harnessing data, automation and efficiencies to provide the best possible solutions for our users and stakeholders, leading ultimately to great customer experiences. You will work closely with team members and relevant stakeholders to drive the implementation of new solutions and processes connected to business, regulatory, data, AI and automation requirements, central to the 2030 strategic roadmap.

What you’ll be doing

 

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Driving changes end to end within an agile environment, with focus on driving analysis, pre-studies and change initiatives connected to credit assessment and decisioning from initiation to successful delivery, in close collaboration with technology teams, relevant business stakeholders and management from across the bank
  • Ensuring our solutions meet business and regulatory requirements and maximize business value
  • Ultimately building strong expertise of Nordea’s corporate credit and corporate lending processes

 

You’ll join a diverse, multi-faceted and passionate team. Occasional travel primarily in the Nordics should be expected. We are recruiting in all Nordic locations.

 

Who you are

 

Your background and skills include:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading pre-studies and change initiatives within complex regulatory, data, automation and business process initiatives preferably within corporate credit risk (assessment and decisioning), corporate lending or both   
  • Extensive experience driving change (from gathering business / regulatory requirements to implementation) in an agile environment coordinating teams across business and IT
  • Experience driving initiatives connected to complex data flows / extensive business processes and comfortable working closely with data to provide value and key insights for stakeholders
  • Possess a strong interest in AI and automation, able to proactively identify and drive relevant use cases within the credit space
  • Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders across Business and IT
  • Have a professional level of English, both written and spoken

  • Can effectively lead the delivery of complex change initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment delivering value to a broad range of stakeholders
  • Are self-going with a natural “can do” attitude, show ability to step in and learn quickly and have a solution-oriented mindset supported by structured, analytical and creative thinking
