About this opportunity
Welcome to the Tricity Services team. We add value by delivering high quality services to our customers. As the (Junior) Process Officer with Danish (or Norwegian) Language, you’ll play a valuable role in supporting and developing the team. Creating great customer experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Contributing to the general Offboarding & Estates Services' strategic initiatives
- Delivering on time and with high quality with strong focus on risk and compliance
- Taking care of effective cooperation and transparent communication in Danish and English with relevant stakeholders
- Optimizing banking processes
- Focusing on continuous improvements to ensure most efficient operations
You’ll join the DBS Denmark team. The role is based in Gdańsk; Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Advanced level of Danish or Norwegian and English (spoken, written)
- Excellent communication skills on different business levels with ability to build partnership business relations
- Knowledge about Lean and continuous improvements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferable previous experience in a back-office position
