Would you like to become an Application Owner/Manager in Master Data Management (MDM) team? We are now looking for a Senior System and Process Analyst that will be overall accountable ensuring that our master data applications is handled in accordance with Nordea guidelines. You will work closely together with other Application owners in the unit.

About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Process & Life Cycle Management team in MDM unit. We add value by building the bridge between business processes and data management. We focus on simplification and compliance by leverage a single trusted view of high-quality master data across all channels and in all business processes enabling digitalization and the future relationship bank of Nordea Group. As the Application Owner, you’ll play a valuable role in safeguarding our master data applications as it is imperative to minimize compliance and business risks.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Application portfolio management – Professional lifecycle management, enabling the business to deliver quality services by securing a cost-efficient application portfolio with existing functionality and performance in alignment with the business need
  • Risk & Compliance – Ensure we are compliant to regulatory requirements and Nordea guidelines on IT security and operational risks for our applications. Periodic risk assessment and business continuity planning
  • Stakeholder Management – Work closely with a wide range of teams and stakeholders in Technology and Business

 

You’ll join a international team that explore and develop in Masterdata Management in Group Data Management Office (GDMO). Masterdata Management is the core for data in the bank and we own the Customer and Counterparty Data, and other Master data and steer the quality, processes and Governance around it. The permanent & full-time role is based in Helsinki, Stockholm, Gdynia or Gdansk.

  • Have Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
