About our team
You’ll join a high-impact team that designs automated, data-driven solutions enabling intelligent risk management-covering collections, forbearance, early warning systems, and recovery. As an Expert Business / IT Analyst, you'll:
- Lead elicitation of functional and non-functional requirements, with a focus on risk scenarios and decision logic.
- Translate business needs into clear source-to-target mappings and transformations within data mart architecture powered by Snowflake.
- Drive analysis and documentation to ensure requirements align with process models, Pega workflows, and data structures.
- Serve as a technical SME, mentoring the team on best practices, agile delivery, and end-to-end traceability.
- Model and optimize business flows using UML, BPMN, or similar, and validate with stakeholders iteratively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams—ensuring quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.

What we're looking for:
Must haves:
- ≥ 8 years of experience as a Business/IT Analyst, preferably with a financial or risk domain background.
- Some hands-on experience with Pega and Snowflake - you don’t need to be an expert, but familiarity will help you hit the ground running.
- Solid skills in SQL, data mapping, and documenting transformations end-to-end.
- Agile delivery experience (e.g., Confluence, Jira), plus excellent English (C1+) communication and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience knowledge of Data Mapping and solution integration
- Knowledge of process modelling and UML
- BPMN knowledge
- Experience in IT analysis in integration projects
Nice-to-haves:
- Exposure to PowerCurve or XBRL.
- Familiarity with event-driven integrations or messaging patterns (e.g., Kafka, REST APIs).
- Certification in Business Analysis (IREB, IIBA, PMI-PBA) or a related field.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent.
