About this opportunity


We are agile! Omega is one of the top priority projects. We are developing a Personal Banking application used by Global Private Banking advisers to manage customers' investment portfolios. The core development team is in Gdansk, Poland. 


Your profile and background:

  • A highly developed analytical mindset 
  • Ability to work on deliverables, being able to work independently, being well structured and thorough 
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Team player 
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and preferable experience interest in the area of financial instruments 
  • Proficiency in: Java, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Flyway, REST services, JUnit or other unit testing frameworks, IntelliJ IDEA, GIT 
  • Agile, Scrum, and preferably SAFe experience 



  • BDD, Cucumber or other tools 
  • Professional experience working with Big Data technologies, Kafka, and Hadoop
  • Front-end competencies in HTML, javascript, and CSS

As a developer, you will be working in an agile team, refining and implementing features and developing an existing application, mentoring junior team members in good practices, and learning from colleagues.
