We are seeking an experienced Expert Solution Architect with a strong background in Azure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform and CICD, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available solutions in the cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud-based technologies, an ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a highly regulated environment


About this opportunity

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions in Azure, leveraging infrastructure as code and CICD methodologies.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex architectures that meet business requirements and ensure high levels of performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend the best approach.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for cloud-based solution design and implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of the solution architecture.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Azure.
  • Extensive experience with Terraform and CICD pipelines.
  • Strong experience with cloud-based architectures, including microservices, containerization, and serverless computing.
  • Experience with cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, and data protection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor team members.
  • Azure certifications are highly desired
  • Additional knowledge on AWS will be an added advantage
