Your future responsibilities

 

Welcome to Supplier Performance Management team. We add value by measuring and improving supplier performance by implementing various reporting solutions and governance around Nordea’s prioritized external suppliers.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and mentor a team of 10 highly qualified professionals to improve the productivity and maturity in their operational support.
  • Ensuring Nordea’s external suppliers’ contractual SLAs are measured and managed for consistent performance.
  • Being responsible for maturing and implementing required processes and activities that are needed to monitor the supplier performance.
  • Ensuring supplier services are delivered according to Nordea’s security requirements.
  • Working with different stakeholders and supporting suppliers in delivering the required services for Nordea.
  • Standardizing the performance management and reporting for all Critical suppliers.
  • Acting as an SMEs in Supplier governance meeting and facilitating the discussion related to supplier performance (if needed).
  • Supporting Nordea project teams during procurement process and providing required inputs from supplier performance management aspect.

  • Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess ability to adapt in changing situation.
  • Are familiar with IT Operations and Software development working model.
  • Are self-driven and you can prioritize your work.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are able to manage team members located in different countries.

 

Your experience and background:

  • Familiar with international collaboration and multicultural working environment.
  • Ability to  work with multiple Suppliers, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiar with supplier contract SLAs and compliance requirements.
  • Negotiating and decision making skills based on data/analysis.
  • Risk management knowledge.
  • Reporting knowledge for management team / leadership team.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
