We are looking for an IAM Controls Senior Specialist to join IAM Review and Control team. This is an opportunity for you to make impact on IAM programme of Nordics leading bank. You will work with passionate professionals and spar with them on the shape IAM discipline in Nordea.
About this opportunity
You will join IAM Review and Control team where we are controlling IAM processes execution, contributing to continues improvement of IAM process and increasing awareness through organization on IAM topics.
What you will be doing:
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly IAM controls in area of Segregation of Duties, Toxic Combinations Policies, Emergency Access, J/M/L processes and others
- Drive continues improvement of IAM processes and controls
- Gather end-user feedback and cooperate with IAM and security stakeholders and other parties
- Co-create new IAM controls and IAM standards
- Cultivate the team and be a role model for junior team members
- Facilitate resolution of internal queries related to IAM discipline at Nordea
- Support business goals of security project to derisk the bank and increase IAM maturity and posture within the organization
The role is based in Gdynia or Stockholm.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
- Very good understanding of IAM discipline and its processes
- Very good experience in usage of SailPoint IdentityIQ platform
- Experience in working in highly regulated environment
- Experience in collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders
- Ease to explain complex and technical rules and policies to non-experts/non-technical stakeholders
- Self-reliant character
- Readiness to challenge ‘status quo’
- Very good business and technical English (both written and spoken)
You will be even more successful, if you bring:
- Hand-on experience with Access Reviews/Certifications
- Knowledge and experience in ITSM tools (JIRA/Confluence) and agile processes
- Knowledge and experience with PowerBI
