About our team
Meet the IT Service Configuration Management team. Our role is to provide centralised ICT Asset and Configuration process and operations within BMC Helix ITSM system.
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Review, analyse, coordinate and maintain efficient operations between BMC Discovery and Helix CMDB
- BMC_Discovery monitoring, troubleshooting, housekeeping
- BMC Discovery TPL development, synchronization and reconciliation
- Application Modelling development and maintenance
- Identify improvements potential and develop technical solutions
- Cooperate with data owners, architects, and various subject matter experts including BMC vendor
The role is based in Denmark or Finland.

Your background and skills include:
- Professional and hands on experience with BMC Discovery
- Experience with upgrades to the BMC Discovery tool
- Experience in building automations and workflows
- Experience in scripting/writing patterns (BMC Discovery and SQL)
- Experience in Service Modelling (CAM, SAM or Blueprint)
- Knowledge of architecture and configurations of IT infrastructure components
- Experience working with ITSM tools (Remedy, ServiceNow, Helix)
- High skills in communication
- Fluency in written and spoken English
It would be ideal if you also:
- Are familiar with Agile methodology
- Have experience in ITSM processes and understanding of ITIL methodology
