Welcome to the Software Development Team Poland. We add value by building a high quality trading platform for Nordea’s clients. We contribute to a variety of projects related to the different steps in the trade lifecycle. 

Now we are looking an IT Developer with at least 3 years of experience in IT projects to join our team who takes an independent approach to ongoing project tasks. We are looking for a proactive person in terms of communicating possible issues and takes the initiative in relation to relevant solutions. We are developing new Customer Invoicing application within Capital Markets area.

The role is based in Gdańsk, Poland. We have an amazing office with a view of the sea. You can expect an environment where micromanagement is frowned upon, your private time is respected, and there are occasional pizza talks. Responsibilities:

• Developing new solutions
• Implementing new features
• Creating automated deployments
• Providing code reviews  

Skills and competencies:

• Strong familiarity with Object-Oriented Design and programming best-practices
• Strong knowledge of Java (Kotlin - nice to have)
• Fluent work with Spring Boot framework
• Being familiarized with Docker container system and Kubernetes
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Sufficient level of English language to communicate with other people

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kotlin, Apache Kafka, REDIS, Infrastructure as Code
• Real experience with CI/CD related tools like Bamboo or Jenkins
• Security aspects: JWT, HTTPS, Keystores, Certificates

Kotlin, Angular, Spring Boot, Kafka, Gradle, REST, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Bamboo, BitBucket, Git, SonarQube, Cucumber

By joining to CIA team you will be able to use the most modern technologies and tools. CIA team is a group of 10 people and we are located in Gdańsk. The team follows loosely coupled Agile Scrum methodology on the daily basis.
