About our team

Meet the Core Finance Technology team. Our role is to manage financial accounting and manage group procurement and third-party suppliers and contracts. Our team is also managing analysis and performance of Nordea business with its customers.
The team is represented by people across the Nordics and Poland.

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Actively contribute to the implementation of system changes, simplification, harmonization, unified architecture and change management to ensure successful implementations of sustainable and one version of the truth short/long term
• Actively participate in meetings in team/unit to support knowledge sharing to increase competence and drive continuous improvements
• Be active in Nordea networks in order to gain a good organizational understanding, build professional relationships to enable you to always be up to date within your own domain of expertise and use your competencies to be a proactive business partner
• Ensure alignment and holistic view of suggested improvements related to governance of data flows, processes and unified meta data solutions to ensure clarity, transparency and compliance
• Produce high quality, timely and relevant material for reporting and presentations in order to support decision-making and provide complex analysis to support the process and meet business requirements
• Take responsibility by suggesting improvements and escalating issues when acting in different roles in projects and task forces to support the organization in reaching set objectives and goals
• Take responsibility for the execution of business strategic initiatives by collecting, analyzing and ensuring compliant access to high quality data, to support utilization of fact-based information and insight

• Snowflake skills (Superior level)
• Data Engineering (Superior level)
• Data Warehousing (Superior level)
• DORA knowledge (Professional level)
• Knowledge of local legacy and Nordic data (Professional level)
• Utilize analytic capabilities and knowledge (Superior level)
• Process management (Professional level)
• Management and/or Project Experience

It would be ideal if you also have:

• Knowledge and experience of Nordea standards and methods
• Knowledge from working in a multi-vendor/location environment
• Integration skills
• AI knowledge
