Technology Dedicated PMO Services team is looking for a Project Manager, who will join a team based in Poland and closely collaborate to support different Technology areas. About this opportunity
You will join the Technology CIO Office unit where we aim to provide dedicated pmo services for change initiatives and applications on different complexity and scale across Nordea. The team is ensuring compliance to our Delivery Guide Framework and continuous pmo service based on defined service catalogue.
What you’ll be doing:
- Report and follow-up with initiative(s) to ensure compliance in terms of project and application based governance (Delivery Guide)
- Delivery Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries)
- Finance (Actuals, Forecast, Accruals, Invoice Tracking)
- Reports and KPIs (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting)
- Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up)
- Resources Management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting)
- Risk Management (Quality checks in Risk reporting and maintaining risks alignment in both PPM and other Risk tools)
- Contributing in the shape of pmo services we are offering for our internal stakeholders

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
- Worked as Project Manager or PMO on medium to large scale Projects, Hubs or Programmes for +2 years
- A deep understanding of financial processes and experiencing in cost estimations, accruals creation and invoice handling
- PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification
- Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies
- Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tool
Your experience and background:
- Sense of ownership and willingness to deliver upon agreed deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products e.g. Excel (absolutely must have) and PowerPoint
- Showing initiative and passion, and you have an enthusiastic approach to your work and surroundings
- Natural communicator, comfortable navigating among multiple stakeholders and have a sense of urgency to secure timely and consistent communication
- Service/product mindset
- Team Player
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
